Clint Eastwood – Pebble Beach, Estimated $9.75 Million
- With his ample background in real estate investment, the Academy Award-winning director Clint Eastwood has earned quite big numbers in his time by buying and selling everything from bars to hotels! One of his well-known investments is his mansion that sits on a 4.7- acre property, the “Hacienda Este Madre” which means East Wood Estate located in Pebble Beach.
The 6,900-square-foot house has multiple buildings, all of which are oriented around a central courtyard and feature fantastic ocean views. And just a short drive away from his home is the Tehama Golf Club which he also owns and is probably one that’s close to his heart as the director’s favorite sport is golf. Eastwood put the house in the market in 2017.
