A Nurse Had Trained for Every Emergency, But Then a Bear Showed Up!

And then… Disaster!

Peter disappeared into the well’s darkness, swallowed by shadows that seemed to stretch forever. Each passing second clawed at Hana’s nerves. She listened intently—footsteps brushing stone, rope creaking—but the sounds grew fainter, harder to trust. Her palms, slick with sweat, clenched the rope tighter, refusing to let go.

Then it happened—a sudden jerk. The rope snapped through her hands, burning her skin. Her breath caught in her throat. The knot—they hadn’t double-checked the knot. She lunged to grab it, but it was already gone, slipping into the abyss. “Peter!” she shouted, voice cracking. But there was no answer—just the crushing silence of too late.
