Jay and Mavis Leno – 39 Years Together

Mavis Leno has been there from the very beginning of her husband’s, famous comedian Jay Leno, incredible career. The two met following one of Jay’s first stand-up gigs in Los Angeles. Mavis sat in the audience with her friends. During the set, she even said, “Oh my god, that comedian is gorgeous!” to one of her friends! Incredibly, Mavis went up and asked for a date! Four years later, Mavis and Jay married!
Even stranger, Jay says this is not the first woman he’s been with that shares Mavis’ birthday. In fact, he says he’s uniquely attracted to women born on September 5! “I don’t know what it is,” he told the Los Angeles Times. “I don’t look for a woman born on September 5, I just wind up attracted to them!”
