Judge Judy and Jerry Sheindlin – 45 Years Together
Before they became one of television’s most powerful couples, Judge Judy Sheindlin and Jerry Sheindlin lived a simple life in Manhattan. After exchanging wedding vows, the two joined the Manhattan court system as judges. While slowly building a family, they also started becoming famous in the Big Apple, which led to their inspiring television success. Judge Judy was the first to land a show after 60 Minutes aired a feature on her outstanding career as a judge. Three years later, her husband took over as judge on the show The People’s Court.
Despite a short, year-long divorce in 1990 after Judy’s father died, the two have been going strong for over four decades and have two children together.
