Meg Ryan – Soho, Estimated $10.9 Million
Celebrities all around the world have some pretty interesting hobbies. Some play instruments, some paint, and others like to renovate! Believe it or not, Meg Ryan’s Soho loft was the star’s ninth renovation project. That’s right! “I know it sounds crazy to most people, the idea of renovating that many houses. But I love renovating,“ Ryan explained to Curbed Magazine.
Coming in at a whopping 4,100-square-feet, the Soho loft features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Meanwhile, as Ryan loves natural light, its no surprise the loft has 13 floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. This apartment even has something few celebrity mansions have: eight separate closets in the master bedroom!
