Celine Dion – Florida, Estimated $28 Million
Of all our celebrity mansions, this might be the most over-the-top. Why? Because singer Céline Dion decided to hire a swimming pool builder to turn the backyard of her Florida home into an actual water theme park. We image her children René-Charles, Eddy, and Nelson loved it. But after it was all built, the “My Heart Will Go On” songstress decided to sell the property in August 2013 for $72 million.
Dion did find a buyer for her oceanfront mansion in 2017, but it wasn’t close to that amount at all. According to Palm Beach Daily News, Dion’s property was sold for only $28 million. Whoever acquired the 20,000-square-foot Jupiter Island home is in for a treat, though, for they now own water cannons and slides as well as two huge swimming pools!
