This stunning 1931 Mediterranean style home once belonged to actress Bryce Dallas Howard and her husband Seth Gabel. She originally purchased the deluxe home for $2.9 million back in 2006. Not only does the home provides breathtaking views, but it also has a formal dining room, an office, a wine cellar, and a sauna.
However, the couple listed the home in 2010 thought they soon took it off the market. It wasn’t until later, in 2013, shortly after having her second child, when they relisted and managed to get $2.4 million for it. While it’s lower than what they initially shelled out for it, that’s probably not a big deal for the superstar!
