Still, plopping down $4 million for a single New York apartment raised some eyebrows! However, the 2,000-square-foot apartment comes complete with three bedrooms and a lovely outdoor patio with incredible city views.
A well-known Hollywood house flipper, Roberts managed to sell the apartment a few years later for $5.3 million. What a profit! It turns out that the actress simply needed a bigger place to stay. 51-year-old Roberts has been married to cameraman Daniel Moder since 2002, and they share three beautiful kids.
