Courteney Cox – Malibu, Estimated $33 Million
A few years ago, famed Friends actress Courteney Cox decided it was time to join the rest of the Hollywood elite by picking up a home in Malibu. While it took a while, Cox finally landed on a massive $33 million mansion, located right on a beautiful beach.
Of course, direct access to the beach is far from the most impressive feature of Cox’s celebrity mansion. The home also includes a tennis court, a home theater, a separate guest house, and a pool for those days that Cox does not want to walk down to the beach. “This is a house I’ll never move from—it really is so special to me,” Cox said to Architectural Digest back in 2017.
