And we’re all familiar with the themes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery that shape those growing years. Songs like “Fifteen” explore her high school experiences and friendship with her bestie, Abigail. Yet, there’s more to that album than most know.
Her short-lived relationship with Joe Jonas so inspired Taylor that in 2008, she wrote and released songs like “Forever & Always,” “Last Kiss,” and “Better Than Revenge.” And guess what? That album won her her first Grammy.
