Being such talented sleuths, we’d like to pull a “Sherlock Holmes” and deduce how much of a rollercoaster Haylor’s relationship was from Taylor’s songwriting alone. After all, “Out of the Woods” certainly hints at how much apprehension and anxiety Taylor felt in the relationship.
Their relationship may have lasted only a couple of months, but it was highly publicized thanks to the fame of both parties concerned. And since Taylor is exceptionally good at channeling her experiences into her music, we can all agree that intensely passionate romances that come with a large side dish or uncertainty aren’t exactly good for one’s well-being.
