Paul Hogan – $9 Million, Malibu Estate
Despite recent reports highlighting Paul Hogan’s health challenges, the renowned actor continues to thrive at 80. In 2012, Hogan, famously known for his role in Crocodile Dundee, along with his then-spouse and co-star Linda Kozlowski, invested in a Malibu residence priced at $3.8 million in the Point Dume area.
Their marriage, however, which spanned over 20 years, ended shortly after this purchase and lasted only two more years. In 2013, Hogan decided to part ways with the expansive 6,300-square-foot property, selling it to fellow Australian actor Chris Hemsworth for $6.7 million. Hemsworth eventually let go of the estate in 2016 for a substantial $9 million. This property is a sought-after asset among celebrities, often changing hands rapidly.
